The folks at Mid Cities certainly know their cars, but it's more than that, it's about taking care of the customer. My 2003 Mitsubishi VR-X needed some work done on it and after much dissatisfaction with what the dealerships charge for work and some research the best think I ever did was take my car here. You can be assured the work is done right and if not, they make sure to get it right. They listen to the customer, and they're just plain courteous. I have use this service center for years and the service they have provided me for all of my vehicles has been outstanding and fair. I have taken my Maxima, Jeep, Lexus and have absolutely no concerns about them servicing my new BMW. In today's economy, I appreciate a service center that I can trust with my cars. I have brought numerous automobiles to Mid-Cities Service Center, and they have always provided excellent service at a very affordable price. I can honestly tell you that I have never been disappointed in the quality or cost of service they provide. I previously brought my Infiniti to the local dealership, and they wanted to charge me over $1600 for a problem with the on-board computer. A close friend that was very happy with Mid-Cities Service Center recommended that I let them give me a second opinion, and I am so glad I did because they were able to resolve the problem for less than $300. I have since returned to Mid-Cities Service Center on numerous occasions, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Bob Parra the Owner, Ron Taskey - Manager, Tam Burks - Manager, and the whole crew at Mid-Cities Service Center for their excellent customer service. The office managers, Ron and Tam, have made arrangements for one of their guys to give me a ride back home when I leave my vehicle. That's good customer service. I have been using Mid Cities Service Center since 2003 and have always gotten exceptional, friendly, professional service. They don't let me spend my money needlessly and are upfront and honest. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. I drive used cars, so having a good place to take my cars is very important. They are just the best, provide me with peace of ming and I'll never use anyone else.

A friend referred me to mid cities over 6 years ago. I had a odd engine problem with my Explorer and the Ford dealer wanted to replace everything instead of figure out what was wrong. They also wanted to charge a crazy amount of $$$. It took midcities a couple of tries but they got it fixed and did not cost anything near what the dealer wanted and it did not take replacing everything too. We also had problem with our Jeep Chereoke wearing tires fast and the dealer could not fix that either. Mid cities fixed on their first try.I am not the best in taking my cars in for regular maint so when I do bring them in it is cause I have waited to long and the problems got worse. Mid cities is always fast in getting my car back to me and asking if I need to be picked up to get my car. One time on my way over to take them the Jeep, it broken down south on hwy 360 and they came and got me. They do go above and beyond. I am so dedicated to this place that I travel over 25miles to get my cars to them.( I used to live close but moved.) I recently purchased a new car and ask mid cities questions on what they felt was a reliable car and what to watch for on those extended warrenties. How many places do you know do all that? me, only 1. midcities.

I dont' trust anyone else with my cars.The employees have manners and dress well. I'm tired of autocenters whos inside office is dirty and musky smelling. This place is clean.The front office staff are well knowledged and can explain things to me in a way I can understand. They periodically send out coupons for cheap oil changes. love it!
