In order to reduce risk of spreading COVID-19 Virus, all Parra Car Care stores’ top priority is the health and safety of our clients and teammates. Our lobbies are sanitized regularly, all touch points including counter tops. We ask in accordance with local and state regulations that you wear a mask when entering our stores.
Upon Your Arrival to our Store:
- Please schedule an appointment first.
- When you arrive, you may come into the store. You may also remain in your vehicle and call the office, we will come to you.
- For no person-to-person contact, please fill out an envelope from the “Night Drop Box” located on the front of the building. Remove the “Claim Check” for you to keep. Sign, seal and drop off the envelope, with your keys inside the drop slot.
All walk-in clients for state inspections must follow this same protocol above and schedule an appointment.
We do offer a ride to work or home within 5 miles of our stores.
We are treating all facilities and cleaning all touch points. Each vehicle is wiped down on all touch points including the gas cap before and after service.
Our office staff are wearing face masks, protective shields and gloves to protect both you our client and our staff.
We ask that if you are not feeling well to please call us to have your vehicle scheduled for a pickup and delivery to our store.
